John Hilton, Alexandria, Virginia

Hilton, a fifth-generation Missourian, works as an attorney at
Patton Boggs LLP, a law firm in Washington, D.C. Previously, Hilton served
as a law clerk to Judge Duane Benton on the United States Court of Appeals for
the Eighth Circuit in Kansas City, Missouri. Hilton also has served as
president of the Kansas City Federalist Society lawyers chapter. Hilton
graduated from high school in his hometown of Lebanon, Missouri; from Truman
State University (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa); and from Harvard Law
School. Hilton is licensed to practice law in Missouri (application
pending in the District of Columbia). Hilton lives in Alexandria,
Virginia, with his wife, the former Christina Hall, who also is a Truman alum.
Hilton was appointed to the Board of Governors in December 2007.
